Membership fees unlock features immediately. If you were charged by mistake or could not use the service, contact us within 7 days and we will review a refund.
Bookings
- Members can cancel a pending or accepted booking from My bookings.
- Friends can decline requests or cancel accepted bookings with notice.
- Disputes about a meetup can be raised from the contact page within 48 hours.
